● Precautions

Kumanoyu exclusive season ticket can be used only at Kumanoyu Ski Resort.
Disabled discounted tickets cannot be used by anyone else.
We do not refund unused days, leftover points, or leftover time.
For all tickets, unused days, leftover points, or leftover time cannot be reused next season.
We do not re-issue lost key cards.
If you wish to purchase night / early morning tickets, please ask.
We are not responsible for incidents such as theft within Kumanoyu Ski Area or the restaurant.
If the lift cannot be operated due to bad weather, we provide refunds under "Shigakogen ski lift association refund policies."

It is strictly prohibited, and punishable by Nagano public law, to sell tickets (bought for the purpose of reselling) within the Kumanoyu Ski Area, or inside the restaurant.
